简历介绍:

张学英,女,博士,中国科学院动物研究所副研究员,特聘骨干,硕士生导师。

2007年于中国科学院动物研究所获得生态学博士学位,留所工作至今。曾赴美国Albert Einstein College of Medicine、美国Florida State of University、英国University of Aberdeen、俄罗斯Institute of Ecology and Evolution of the Russian Academy of Sciences等进行访问和合作研究。

研究领域:

动物生理生态学、行为神经内分泌、肠道微生态。主要以我国内蒙草原的小型啮齿动物为研究对象,实验室研究和野外研究相结合,采用生理学、行为学、分子生物学、神经生物学和微生态生理学的技术手段,以小型啮齿动物的环境适应机理为基础科学问题,主要研究兴趣包括:1. 肠—脑轴调控代谢生理和行为的机理;2. 行为神经内分泌及遗传调控机理;3. 亲代应激程序化后代表型的神经及微生态生理机制。通过这些研究,探索和揭示小型哺乳动物对环境适应的行为神经内分泌及微生态生理基础。在National Science Review, Microbiome, the ISME Journal, npj Biofilms and Microbiomes, mSystems, Obesity, Hormones and Behavior, Journal of Comparative Physiology B等国际知名期刊发表SCI论文50余篇。

社会任职:

现兼任Physiology & Behavior特刊主编, Frontiers in Physiology编委,Integrative Zoology青年编委,《兽类学报》编委,中国动物学会兽类学分会委员,中国动物学会动物生理生态学分会委员。

获奖及荣誉:

荣获中国动物学会第八届青年科技奖,第六届优秀青年动物生理生态学工作者,第五届优秀青年生态学工作者等荣誉称号。
