简历介绍:

李伟,博士,研究员,博士生导师,干细胞与生殖生物学国家重点实验室副主任。2006年获武汉大学理学学士学位,2012年获中国科学院大学理学博士学位。2013年入选中国科学院动物研究所“星辰研究员”计划并建立课题组,2016年评估优秀转任研究员。主要从事基因工程和干细胞等创新生物技术的研发,并利用这些新技术和模型揭示哺乳动物生殖与再生的基础调控规律,开发重大疾病的基因治疗。作为通讯/共同通讯作者在ScienceNature、Cell等刊物发表论文50余篇。获授权发明专利20余项。获得国家杰出青年科学基金、优秀青年科学基金、日本实验动物学会“国际奖”、中国科学院“青年科学家奖”、中国科学院杰出科技成就奖(突出贡献者)、中国科学院朱李月华优秀教师奖等资助和奖励。

研究领域:

  基因组信息及其表达调控是生命多样性和复杂性的重要基础,也是疾病治疗和健康干预的重要靶标和手段。我们特别感兴趣结合基因工程、细胞工程和合成生物学等手段建立新的基因工程技术和细胞/动物模型,用于(1)揭示生殖与再生相关性状及其种间进化差异的调控机制;(2)设计和制造功能定制化的细胞;(3)重大疾病的基因治疗。
