简历介绍:
胡玉琼博士,中国科学院动物研究所副研究员。2013年本科毕业于浙江大学,2018年博士毕业于北京大学,之后在北京大学从事博士后研究工作,2023年加入中国科学院动物研究所。
研究领域:
长期从事基于第二代测序平台和单分子测序平台的多种单细胞测序新技术的研发,利用新技术揭秘表观基因组未知领域,研究哺乳动物和人类胚胎发育、肿瘤等多种疾病发生发展的表观调控基础。以第一和共同第一作者在Cell Research, National Science Review, Genome biology, PLoS biology等学术期刊上发表多篇研究论文。
