梁红斌，男，1970年2月1日出生，河南省邓州市，博士，副研究员，中国科学院动物研究所国家动物博物馆昆虫分馆馆员。
　　主要从事鞘翅目步甲科的系统分类研究。1997年中国科学院动物研究所博士毕业，2003-2009年多次到美国加州科学院和日本京都大学进行合作研究。先后主持国家自然科学基金两项、科学院重要方向性项目一项，参加农业公益性行业项目一项。2005年、2007年度获国家科技进步二等奖(分别为第7完成人、第5完成人)。已发表专业研究论文60篇，其中2007年发表在Coleopterists Bulletin的步甲分类文章被该刊评为年度最佳论文。今后研究重点为东洋区步甲、负泥虫和铁甲的分类研究。在读硕士研究生1名，联合培养硕士生3名。
