简历介绍:

姜枫,博士,研究员。2013年毕业于中国科学院动物研究所,获理学博士学位。2013年起进入中国科学院北京生命科学研究院工作,任助理研究员,2018年起任副研究员,2024年起任研究员。2025年加入中国科学院动物研究所。发表SCI论文40余篇,其中以第一/通讯(含共同)作者在Nature GeneticsMicrobiomeNature CommunicationsEMBO Journal, EMBO ReportsBMC BiologyPLoS GeneticsRNA BiologyGigaScienceApplied Microbiology and Biotechnology等期刊发表论文17篇。作为项目负责人或者子课题负责人主持国家自然科学基金项目、国家重点研发计划重点专项、农业农村部项目、科技创新2030项目、新疆维吾尔自治区重点研发专项、中国科学院国际伙伴计划等项目。现任中国昆虫学会昆虫基因组学专业委员会委员和Faculty Opinions (Faculty of 1000) 的Associate Faculty Member。2019年获得中国昆虫学会青年科学技术奖。

研究领域:

研究方向为生态互作表观基因组学。

  1. 阐明表观调控机制在昆虫适应环境变化和表型可塑性形成中的关键作用,重点聚焦于害虫个体间的生态互作和真菌与害虫的寄生互作关系,为精准防控策略的制定提供理论依据。
  2. 绿僵菌微生物农药的关键技术研发,推动其在农业虫害绿色防控中的规模化应用与产业化落地。
