简历介绍:

刘峰,博士,研究员,博士生导师,国家杰出青年科学基金获得者、科技部中青年科技创新领军人才。曾获谈家桢生命科学创新奖、朱李月华优秀教师奖、中国科学院优秀研究生指导教师和中国科学院优秀导师。现任国际斑马鱼学会主席、中国动物学会副理事长、中国动物学会斑马鱼分会主任委员、中国动物学会发育生物学专业委员会副主任委员兼任秘书长、中国细胞生物学学会细胞信号转导分会副会长。

1999年毕业于中国科学院遗传与发育生物学研究所并获博士学位,2000-2008年间分别在新加坡国立大学、美国范德堡大学以及英国牛津大学进行博士后研究,2009年加入中科院动物研究所,建立血液与心血管发育课题组。主要研究方向为造血干细胞发育及体外诱导扩增,相关成果发表在NatureDev CellEMBO JPNASBlood等知名学术期刊,累计100余篇。其中,m6A RNA甲基化修饰调控造血干细胞发育的研究工作入选2017年度“中国生命科学领域十大进展”。刘峰团队承担了国家重点研发计划、国家自然科学基金重点项目以及中科院战略性先导科技专项项目等重大课题。

研究领域:

刘峰团队围绕“造血组织及血细胞发育调控”,以斑马鱼、小鼠、人组织/细胞以及类器官为模型,从转录调控、表观修饰以及组织微环境等角度,研究造血干细胞命运决定、分化并发育为成熟血细胞的调控机制。探索体外诱导造血新策略。研究方向包括:(1)解码造血干细胞体内产生机制,结合共培养体系,创建体外诱导造血新策略;(2)多维度解析造血组织微环境,构建造血类器官,研发造血干细胞体外扩增新方式;(3)造血干细胞向功能性血细胞分化调控,血液疾病模型构建及致病机理解析。

近年来,刘峰团队围绕“造血过程解析及体外诱导造血”,取得了系列原创性成果。在造血干细胞命运决定和产生过程中,发现信使RNA的m6A甲基化修饰(Nature, 2017)、炎性信号(Blood, 2015)、Gpr183(Cell Res, 2015)、转录共抑制子Ncor2(Blood, 2014)、初级纤毛(Nat Commun,2019)、Rab5c介导的内吞运输(PLoS Biol. 2020)、DNA甲基化修饰(Development,2022)、Cpeb1b介导的胞质内多聚腺苷酸化(PNAS,2023)、spi2(Cell Res, 2023,封面文章)、炎性信号-spi1(Dev Cell,2024,封面文章)、BMP和ERK信号通路形成的调控网络(Nat Commun,2014)和ETS转录因子Fev(Blood, 2013,封面文章)等起关键调控作用。在造血干细胞的维持和扩增阶段,Smarca5介导的染色质重塑(Blood, 2021)、Wdr5介导的组蛋白修饰(PNAS, 2025)、Rpc9(Development, 2016)和miR-142-3p(Cell Res, 2013)等内源因素以及组织微环境至关重要。微环境因素包括:5-羟色胺(J Exp Med, 2017)、血管内皮细胞(Cell Rep, 2019; Dev Cell, 2017; PNAS, 2021)、巨噬细胞(Cell Res, 2022,封面文章)和血液流动等(Blood, 2011)。在血细胞分化阶段,阐释了Irf4a在淋/髓系命运转换(Dev Cell,2015,封面文章)、Klf3和Klf6调控红细胞成熟(Dev Biol,2015)以及Foxn1在造血干细胞向T细胞分化过程中的分子调控机制(PNAS, 2012)。在血细胞起源和疾病模型建立方面,示踪了小鼠胎盘巨噬细胞的生血内皮起源(Dev Cell,2021),建立了胎盘生血内皮细胞体外诱导造血的新方案(Cell Discov. 2025),创制了斑马鱼免疫缺陷模型(Stem Cell Reports. 2020)和血栓疾病模型(Elife. 2021),发现DNA甲基化修饰在早期胚胎左右不对称发育中的调控作用(EMBO J,2017)。综合高通量组学研究进展,构建并开发了一个专注于体内和体外造血全景的系统性多组学数据库HemAtlas(GPB. 2025)。此外,通过合作研究,揭示了RNA m5C甲基化修饰(Mol Cell. 2019)、RNA二级结构动态性(Genome Biol. 2020)和Ddx3xb相分离等在早期胚胎发育中的调控作用(Cell Res. 2022)。
