简历介绍:

胡宝洋,博士,中国科学院动物研究所研究员,中国科学院大学医学院常务副院长。入选中国科学院相关人才计划、教育部高层次人才奖励计划特聘教授、中青年科技创新领军人才、百千万人才工程国家级人选等。中国细胞生物学学会理事、干细胞分会副会长。

2004年获复旦大学上海医学院博士学位,2005年赴美国威斯康星大学(University of Wisconsin-Madison)从事博士后研究,2011年1月回国任职。主要从事干细胞与再生医学研究。担任干细胞及相关领域国家重要规划编制专家,积极参与生物技术领域发展规划、重大项目设计、新兴交叉学科设立、重大科技基础设施建设等。

承担科技部、国家自然科学基金委、中国科学院、北京市等多项科技任务。领导团队在人脑发育及退行病变研究等方面取得系列重要成果。首次揭示 lncRNA起源人特异新基因产物对大脑皮层扩增和折叠的作用及机制;首次阐明 TMEM119 在维持小胶质细胞稳态及调控阿尔茨海默病进程中的作用机制;首次把人iPS细胞分化为神经细胞;开发基于干细胞的再生医学产品,率先针对帕金森病等适应证开展临床研究。在Nature、Science等期刊发表高水平论文80余篇,获多项国内外专利。获中华医学科技一等奖(8/15)、中国科学院杰出科技成就奖(主要完成者)、第七届侨届杰出贡献奖一等奖、中国细胞生物学会干细胞分会创新奖、转化奖等。

领导中国科学院大学医学学科建设,系统规划再生医学、精准医学、智慧医学等新兴交叉学科和专业领域。突出科学精神、学术视野、创新思维和实战能力,构建医药领域创新领军人才培养体系;领导建设新型研发机构北京干细胞与再生医学研究院,探索以高价值知识产权为载体,联接并促进更原创突破和更高效成果转化的模式。

作为主要成员发起成立亚洲干细胞与再生医学联盟(AASCRM);牵头组织干细胞领域高端国际会议PSConf,并任PSConf 2025主席。

当选北京市第十六届人大代表、政协北京市怀柔区第六届委员会常委、怀柔区科协副主席等。
