简历介绍:

胡倍瑜,博士,副研究员。2021年于中国科学院微生物研究所获博士学位,2021年至2024年在中国科学院大学杭州高等研究院从事博士后研究,2025年加入中国科学院动物研究所,任副研究员,主要从事空间及单细胞组学技术的开发与应用。

研究领域:

研究方向聚焦于空间及单细胞组学技术的开发与应用,结合微流控技术、微量蛋白质组技术、测序组学技术和人工智能等前沿交叉技术,致力于构建空间及单细胞层面的新技术、新方法和新应用。以第一作者或共同第一作者在 CellNature GeneticsAnalytical ChemistryLab on a Chip等国际期刊发表多篇论文,申请多项国家发明专利。作为项目负责人,主持国家自然科学基金项目2项;作为课题骨干,参与国家重点研发计划1项,中国科学院战略性先导科技专项1项。
