简历介绍:

冯桂海,博士,中国科学院动物研究所研究员,博士生导师。2007年获得山东大学(威海)生物科学专业学士学位,2010年获得军事医学科学院生物安全专业硕士学位(指导老师:王玉民研究员),2014年获得中国科学院大学生物信息学专业博士学位(指导老师:王秀杰研究员),随后进入中国科学院动物研究所进行博士后训练,2018年在中国科学院动物研究所任副研究员,2024年1月起任研究员。

研究领域:

聚焦跨物种知识迁移研究。通过系统比较模式生物(如小鼠、非人灵长类等)与人类在多层级调控过程中的异同,识别生物性状关键调控机制与核心模块;进而开发跨物种迁移的人工智能方法,将模式生物中的知识可靠映射到人类相关场景中,为基础发现走向临床应用提供可解释、可量化的模型框架。
