简历介绍:

韩玉岭,博士,中国科学院动物所器官再生与智造全国重点实验室研究员,博士生导师,类器官与疾病病理研究组课题组长,获国家级青年人才项目支持。2013年于南开大学生命科学学院获学士学位,2019年获中国科学院生物物理研究所博士学位,同年赴康奈尔大学威尔医学院从事博士后研究。2024年1月全职加入中国科学院动物研究所,研究方向是基于类器官的疾病模型构建和疾病病理研究。自2019年来,以通讯和第一作者(含共同)发表论文15篇,包括Nature (2021) ,Cell (2019) ,Nature Methods (2022) ,Cell Stem Cell (2020, 2022, 2024a, 2024b) ,Circulation Research (2021, 2022), Advanced Science (2025) 等,总引用2000余次。担任国家自然科学基金面上项目负责人,重点研发项目课题负责人,中国科学院B类先导专项项目负责人,同时承担国家自然科学基金创新研究群体项目(A类),中国科学院C类先导专项,中国科学院稳定支持基础研究领域青年团队计划等。担任多本杂志副主编、编委和审稿人。

研究领域:

利用人类胚胎干细胞和多能干细胞分化不同组织细胞/类器官(包括肺、肝脏、肾脏及胰腺等类器官)构建生理相关的疾病模型,来克服传统细胞系对复杂的人体细胞和器官系统建模的局限。通过模拟各类器官相关疾病的发生与发展过程,结合多组学测序技术和高通量药物筛选平台,深入研究呼吸系统、消化系统、免疫系统及代谢系统等疾病进程中的分子机制,并探索潜在的治疗策略。
